Statutory purpose
Zweck der Stiftung ist die Förderung der nationalen und internationalen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit (Business Excellence) von Organisationen schweizerischen Rechts. Dieser Zweck wird erreicht durch: a) Die öffentliche Anerkennung von hervorragenden Leistungen und Fortschritten auf dem Gebiet der Business Excellence. b) Die Schaffung und Verleihung des ESPRIX Swiss Award for Excellence, der jährlich an Organisationen schweizerischen Rechts in einer oder mehreren Kategorien verliehen werden soll. c) Die Ausarbeitung und Inkraftsetzung von Regeln und Qualitätsmerkmalen als Voraussetzung für die Erlangung des ESPRIX Swiss Award for Excellence. Die Stiftung ist gemäss ihrer Zweckbestimmung in der ganzen Schweiz tätig.
