Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Ausrichtung von Beiträgen für die Ausbildung oder das Fortkommen durch Geburt, Unfall oder Krankheit körperlich behinderter jugendlicher Personen, welche im Kanton Bern wohnhaft sind. Die Zuwendungen aus der Stiftung erfolgen freiwillig nach dem Ermessen des Stiftungsrates. Ein Rechtsanspruch der einzelnen Begünstigten auf das Stiftungsvermögen oder dessen Erträgen besteht nicht.
