Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Hilfe für Adoptivkinder und Adoptiveltern durch (1.) die Unterstützung benachteiligter Kinder und Jugendlicher sowie (2.) die Förderung des Adoptionsdienstes auf ethischen Grundlagen. Der mögliche Anwendungsbereich (Aufgaben) für die Umsetzung des Stiftungszwecks ist in einem separaten Reglement verankert, welches Integrierender Bestandteil der Stiftungsurkunde Ist. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck. [Anpassung aufgrund geänderter Eintragungsvorschriften.]
