Statutory purpose
Die Erträgnisse sollen ab erreichtem Stiftungsvermögen von CHF 200'000.-- jenen Bestrebungen dienen, welche die Förderung der geistigen und ideellen Interessen des schweizerischen Judentums bezwecken, insbesondere: a) zur Förderung des jüdischen Museums der Schweiz in Basel, b) zur Förderung der Wissenschaft, Kultur und Kunst im schweizerischen Judentum, c) zur Förderung der Errichtung neuer schweizerisch-israelischer Wohltätigkeitsinstitutionen. Die Erträge dürfen nicht für Kultuszwecke, ausnahmsweise jedoch für Armenzwecke verwendet werden.
