Statutory purpose
Unterstützung und Förderung des Unterrichts- und Schulwesens im Kanton Basel-Stadt in gemeinnütziger Weise durch Ausrichtung von Stipendien an Schüler und Lehrer sowie Förderung von Schulbetrieben im Kanton Basel-Stadt durch Zurverfügungstellung von Material und Raum. Die Stiftung soll vor allem der Förderung und Aufrechterhaltung der von Herrn und Frau Müller im Institut Athenaeum eingeführten Zielsetzungen in der Ausbildung von Schülern (insbesondere zur Maturavorbereitung) dienen wie auch neuen Lernmethoden und Unterrichtsfächern zum Durchbruch verhelfen, welche die Schuljugend in humanistischen und fortschrittlicher Art fördern.
