Die Stiftung bezweckt die wohltätige Unterstützung von notleidenden jüdischen Personen und von wohltätigen jüdischen Institutionen. Der Kreis der begünstigten Personen und Institutionen wird näher umschrieben durch ein vom Stiftungsrat zu erlassendes Reglement. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet. Erwerbszwecke sind ausgeschlossen.
